WhatsApp is the first App I have installed when I got my new Samsung Galaxy S5 from AT&T. Now I am a heavy user of WhatsApp at a regular basis for text messaging among family members and friends. It makes personal communication really easy with full featured functions. What’s more, it’s not only limited to text messages, but also for photo, voice, even video sharing across multiple devices and networks without paying extra fee. The only requirement is a workable wireless internet connection, which is pretty common in these days. According to statistics, I have sent 2000 messages from the time I activated the App on April 20, only two month passed. Quite impressed, right?
However, I had a serious problem with WhatsApp as I accidentally deleted an important text message from my client who was included his mail address and phone number. Now I have no idea how to send the items he requested me to deliver in next few hours. What makes things more worst is that he was on holiday vacations and offline for two days.
